Nobuya "Nobby" Yoshida

Chief Executive Officer

Nobby Yoshida is a proven, international executive and has achieved excellent results at several global companies. Nobby has been a member of our Board of Directors since 2002. Currently, Nobby is an Advisor to SoftBank Investment Corporation, a publicly traded investment company in Japan. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of TransDigital Corporation, a publicly traded Japanese technology company. Prior to that Nobby co-founded CyberLink Japan, a subsidiary of CyberLink Corporation, a world leader in advanced digital video and audio software. Nobby also served as the General Manager and subsequently a board director at Trend Micro in Japan, a publicly traded security software company (NASDAQ: TMIC). Nobby holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles.

Mr. Hiroaki Baba

Since July 2002, Mr. Baba has been a Director of Academy Capital Investments, a venture capital company with a focus on information technology industries. In addition, since March 2000, Mr. Baba has also operated his own consulting firm, supporting initial public offering projects in Japan. Prior to joining Academy Capital Investments in 2002, from 1996 to 2000, Mr. Baba served as the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cisco Systems in Japan. Prior to that, Mr. Baba?s professional career also included working as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at LEGENT Japan and as a Finance Manager at Lehman Brothers Securities. Mr. Baba holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Otaru University of Commerce in Japan.

Takaaki Nagayama

Since 1999, Mr. Nagayama has served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of SunBridge Corporation, a venture capital and consulting company. Since co-founding SunBridge, Mr. Nagayama has served as the chief investment officer and invested in more than 40 companies, including G-Mode, Macromill and Salesforce.com. Before co-founding SunBridge, Mr. Nagayama served as the Vice President of the Asia Products Division of Oracle Corporation. Mr. Nagayama holds a B.S. degree in Engineering from Tokyo University.

Hideaki Sashiwa

In 2003, Mr. Sashiwa founded Nippon Concierge K.K., an investment consulting firm, where he currently serves as Representative Director. In addition, in 2006, Mr. Sashiwa founded Raiden Corporation, a movie content provider, where he currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Since 2005, he has also served as a director of Nikkatsu Corporation, a motion picture company and as auditor for JP-Holdings, Inc., a JASDAQ-listed consumer and entertainment service company. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Sashiwa worked in the Equities Division of Goldman Sachs (Japan) Ltd. in Tokyo, most recently as Vice President and General Manager of the International Equities Department. In addition, from 1989 to 1993, Mr. Sashiwa managed the Japan Desk at Goldman Sachs International in London. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1989, Mr. Sashiwa served as a senior sales manager at Kleinwort Benson, a United Kingdom merchant bank, and, from 1983 to 1986, he served as a financial consultant at Daiwa Securities, a financial consulting firm. Mr. Sashiwa holds a B.S. degree in Commerce from Waseda University.
